On 20 March Xiaomi launched its first ever electric car, by doing this Xiaomi became the first mobile company to launch an electric car , they named the car SU7 sedan . With that new colours for Xiaomi 14 smartphone were also launched.

SU7 can go from 0 to 100 in 2.78 seconds and a maximum speed of 265 km/hr . Its dual motors have claimed 637 horsepower and 838 newton meter of peak turbo.
The car was first shown on MWC 2024 in Barcelona with Xiaomi 14 and 14 ultra , car will be available in 9 colors which is very rare as companies usually don’t offer many colors. Some key features of car are water drop headlights, Halo tail lights , hidden door handle , the car runs on Xiaomi’s latest Hyper OS , which will help in building an ecosystem for Xiaomi’s devices .
The base model of SU7 can give a range of 700 kilometres, it will have atop speed of 210 km/hr and price starts from 215,900 Yuans .
The pro model give a range of 830 kilometres price for that will start from 245.900 yuan , the top end varient SU7 Max can give a range upto 900 kilometres , price for that will start from 299,900 Yuan.
According to reports SU7 has gained record breaking bookings of 50000 in just 27 minutes in China.
